The menu shines with a variety of Peruvian classics that excite every palate. The Pollo a La Brasa Peruano takes center stage — juicy, perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken with a delightful, smoky char that will have your taste buds dancing. Complement this with homemade sauces like the tangy aji, which adds just the right kick of spice and depth. Another crowd favorite is the Lomo Saltado, a harmonious fusion of tender beef strips, sautéed with sweet onions and tomatoes, delivering a perfectly balanced savory-sweet bite.

Seafood lovers are also well catered to with dishes like Ceviche Tilapia and Jalea Mixta, fresh and vibrant, capturing the essence of the ocean with bright citrus notes and crisp textures. The Anticuchos — classic skewers of marinated meat — are tender and smoky, perfect for sharing over drinks. Speaking of drinks, don’t miss their authentic Inka Kola and the refreshing Chicha Morada, both traditional Peruvian beverages that offer a sweet, nostalgic finish to your meal.

One particularly memorable treat is the Picarones, a heavenly dessert of Peruvian fried dough rings, delicately crispy on the outside and light within, drizzled with spiced syrup — it’s a sweet note so good that it lingers long after the last bite.

Guests consistently highlight how every dish bursts with fresh, vibrant flavors, and the quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite. From the succulent Pollo de la Brasa to the perfectly executed three-way ceviche, the kitchen’s dedication to authenticity and flavour is evident. First time coming here. Our server Anakha was amazing! She was very kind and made sure that everything was ok. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. I must say out of all the Peruvian restaurants I have been this place is the best so far. The flavours of the pollo a la brasa were amazing. The chicha morada was really good. The picarones oh my! Really really good. The only thingswas the ceviche wasn't that flavourful it needed a bit more salt. Overall was a great experience. I would definitely come back

The food was absolutely delicious. It was flavourful and all the meat we ordered was tender and cooked to perfection. The sauces and sides went perfectly with the main dish.

Little magical place with Peruvian culinary food that is beyond expectations. Very seldom I place comments and yet, this one deserves a review. Different people from all over town, travellers from different sides of Ontario and a packed restaurant with great people commited to serving with their best smile and service from beginning to end, not expensive in comparison to other restaurants of the area with food that is superb. A delightful day with friends as it has plenty of space and totally going back more times when the time is right. I had their Peruvian chicken and their anticucho, which both I find to be delightful plus their chicha morada (purple Peruvian corn). Overall, what a great drink to have in company of such great food.

I had an incredible experience at Mill Roast! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal. The highlight was definitely the Pollo de la Brasa – it was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and absolutely delicious. And the in-house aji? Amazing! It added the perfect kick to every bite. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Peruvian food! Can't wait to come back.

We had our lunch over there, and we started with anticuchos and ceviche carretillero (soo delicious and perfect balance sour and spice). The food was fresh, delicious, and tasty, we asked for Pollo a la Brasa and mostrito and let me tell you the chaufa was AMAZING DELICIOUS, unique taste and flavor (Peruvian mix) and the fries was fresh, and complement with chicha Morada and Inka cola, many times we went to different peruvian restaurants with great reviews but we were disappointed because the taste wasn't good and we were looking for real Peruvian food like made in Peru and finally we got it over here, we don't have to drive anymore to Montreal to get quality and tasty. I highly recommend you won't be disappointed. It's the perfect place to try Peruvian food. You will enjoy it so much, and we are coming back to try other plates. The restaurant is very nice, and clean has free plenty of parking spots and easy access with wheelchair or stroller. Just recommend making a reservation on special dates, because the mothers' day was full and we have to come back to get a table, Pd: The hot sauce is the most delicious
